摘要 可靠性增长试验是在产品研制过程中,为了达到可靠性增长目标而采取的一种试验方法,它是实现可靠性增长的正规途径。然而,常规的可靠性增长试验需要较长的试验周期,还要耗费许多人力物力,实际工程中往往是难以接受的。为了实现产品可靠性的快速增长,应运而生了加速可靠性增长试验。采用及时纠正的故障处理方式,达到反复试验和反复改进的可靠性增长试验目的,使产品的可靠性水平不断地提高,是使用AMSAA模型或Duane模型进行可靠性增长定量评估的前提条件。通过加速因子与正常应力下AMSAA模型的关联外推,实现了加速可靠性增长试验的定量评估,并在工程实践中进行了应用。成功的可靠性增长试验可以申请替代可靠性鉴定试验。 Reliability growth test is a kind of test method adopted in order to achieve the purpose of reliability growth target in the product development stage.It is a formal way to achieve reliability growth.However,it takes a long time to carry out the conventional reliability growth test and consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,which is often unacceptable in engineering.In order to achieve the purpose of rapid growth of product reliability,accelerated reliability growth test came into being.By adopting the fault treatment method corrected in time,the purpose of the reliability growth test of repeated test and repeated improvement is achieved,which makes the reliability level of products is constantly improved.That is a prerequisite for the quantitative assessment of reliability growth using the AMSAA model and the Duane model.In this paper,the quantitative evaluation of the accelerated reliability growth test is realized by the correlation extrapolation of the acceleration factor and the AMSAA model under normal stress,and it has also been applied in the engineering practice.Successful reliability growth tests can be applied to replace reliability identification tests.
