摘要 依托某高速公路桥梁工程,给出了公路桥梁智能预应力张拉和压浆工艺流程,获得了施工的关键控制环节,并通过检测锚下预应力、压浆情况以及预应力张拉力对智能预应力张拉和压浆技术的效果进行了分析和评价。研究发现,张拉力比较精确、平稳,锚下预应力全部合格,螺纹钢筋未出现滑移或断筋;压浆过程中浆体压力和浓度均满足工程要求,各梁体质量良好,同时施工效率得到了较大提高。 Relying on the highway bridge project,the intelligent prestressing and grouting process of highway bridges was introduced,the key control links of construction were summarized,and the anchors were inspected.The effect of intelligent prestressing and grouting technology is analyzed and evaluated under the condition of lower prestress,grouting and prestress tensile force.The study found that the tensile force is relatively accurate and stable,the prestress under the anchor is all qualified,and threaded steel bars did not slip or break bars.The pressure and concentration of the slurry during the grouting process meet the engineering requirements,the quality of each beam is good,and the construction efficiency has been greatly improved.
