摘要 通过室内试验研究不同形态下短切玄武岩纤维在不同掺量下对沥青混合料微表处的路用性能影响。结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增大,掺入两种形态玄武岩纤维的沥青混合料微表处的轮辙变形性能呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。在掺量低于0.3%时,掺入两种形态纤维的沥青混合料微表处抗水损害性能相差无几,高于0.3%时,掺入絮状纤维的抗水损害能力更优。随着掺量的上升,其抗磨耗性能逐步下降,且加入絮状纤维的性能优于束状纤维。高温稳定性能随着纤维掺量的上升同样呈现下降的趋势,且掺入束状纤维性能优于絮状纤维,但其下降速率更快。工程上建议更多使用絮状玄武岩纤维,且掺量0.3%左右适宜。 The effect of chopped basalt fiber in different forms on the road performance of asphalt mixture on the micro-surface was studied through laboratory tests.The wheel track deformation performance at the micro-surface of the asphalt mixture shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the dosage is lower than 0.3%,the micro-surface water damage resistance performance of the asphalt mixture mixed with the two types of fibers is almost the same.With the increase of the dosage,its anti-wear performance gradually decreased,and the performance of adding floc fibers was better than that of bundle fibers.The high temperature stability also showed a downward trend with the increase of the fiber content,and the performance of the bundled fibers was better than that of the floc fibers,but the rate of decline was faster.The attachment is lower,so the dynamic stability drops faster.It is recommended to use more flocculent basalt fibers in engineering,and the appropriate dosage is about 0.3%.
