摘要
采用纳米TiO_(2)和有机蒙脱土(OMMT)作为改性剂对SBS改性沥青进行改性,对纳米TiO_(2)/OMMT/SBS改性沥青进行针入度、软化点、延度试验;针对改性沥青高温性能,进行动态剪切流变试验(DSR),研究了不同掺量的改性剂对SBS改性沥青的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO_(2)和OMMT材料加入SBS改性沥青后,针入度下降,软化点、延度均提高,沥青抵抗高温永久变形的能力得到显著增强。
Nano-TiO_(2)and organic montmorillonite(OMMT)were used as modifiers to modify SBS modified asphalt,and the penetration,softening point and ductility of Nano-TiO_(2)/OMMT/SBS modified asphalt were tested.According to the high temperature performance of modified asphalt.Dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)were carried out to study the influence of different dosage of modified materials on SBS modified asphalt.The test results show that after adding Nano-TiO_(2)and OMMT materials into SBS modified asphalt,the penetration decreases,the softening point and ductility all increase,the high-temperature permanent deformation resistance of asphalt is enhanced.
