干式油石分离再生沥青混合料设计方法及高层位应用

摘要 为解决再生沥青混合料旧料利用率较低、应用层位不高的问题,提出基于干式油石分离的再生沥青混合料设计方法,评价干式油石分离再生沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性,并结合实际工程应用和性能跟踪观测,验证其应用于再生沥青路面高层位的可行性。结果表明:干式油石分离再生沥青混合料常规高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等使用性能均满足要求,同时实际工程应用表明该材料能够应用于再生沥青路面上面层,实现再生沥青混合料高层位利用。 Aiming to solve the problems of low utilization rate and low application level in asphalt pavement of recycled asphalt mixture,this paper is focused to research the design method of recycled asphalt mixture based on dry asphalt stone separation method of RAP,evaluate the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of recycled mixture respectively,and combine the actual engineering application and performance tracking observation to verify the feasibility of its application in the high layer of recycled pavement.The results show that the conventional hightemperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of recycled asphalt mixture based on dry asphalt stone separation RAP meet the requirements of relative standards.The engineering application shows that the material can be applied to the upper layer of recycled asphalt pavement.
