教育高质量发展背景下中小学生学习品质的核心要素、影响因素及提升策略

The Critical Elements,Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Primary and middle School Students’Learning Quality High-quality Education Development

通过中小学生“9L”学习品质评价体系和开发评价工具,对北京市海淀区学生进行学习品质的评价发现,学习品质的核心要素为学习动力、学习能力、学习意志力和学习成效。中小学生学习品质的影响因素包括学生个体特征的主体因素和学生的家庭环境、学校教育方式等客观因素。通过关注学生个体差异,随时关注每个学生学习品质现状;从学习品质核心要素入手,培养学生积极学习品质;建立良好的师生关系,实施高质量的课程,改进学校教育教学;重视家庭教育并注重发挥家庭教育与学校教育的合力是提升学生学习品质的有效策略。

By constructing the“9L”to learning quality evaluation system for primary and middle school students,developing evaluation tools,and evaluating the learning quality of students in Haidian District,Beijing,it is found that the core elements of learning quality are learning motivation,learning ability,learning grit and learning results.The influencing factors of primary and middle school students’learning quality include two aspects:subjective factors and objective factors.The main factors include the individual characteristics of the students,and the objective factors include the students’family environment,school education methods and so on.The learning quality can be im-proved from the following aspects:firstly,to pay attention to the individual differences of students,and pay attention to the status quo of each student’s learning quality at any time;secondly,to start from the core elements to cultivate students’active learning quality;thirdly,to establish a good teacher-student relationship,implement high-quality courses,improve school education and teaching;fourthly,to pay attention to family education and the combined force of family education and school education.
