基于科研需求的高校图书馆专利信息服务协同创新探讨--以福建农林大学为例

Discussion on Collaborative Innovation of Patent Information Service in University Library Based on Scientific Research Demand:Case Study of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University

[目的/意义]利用高校图书馆人才、资源与服务优势,构建多方参与的高校专利信息协同创新服务体系,以支撑高校科研服务工作的协同创新。[方法/过程]在对福建农林大学图书馆专利信息服务科研需求调查的基础上,构建了基于科研需求的高校图书馆专利信息服务协同框架,并对促进高校产学研转化进行探讨。[结果/结论]通过实践案例分析,把图书馆专利信息服务与科研需求相互融合,实现产学研转化,为高校图书馆专利信息服务提供参考。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to construct a multi-party collaborative innovation service system of university pa⁃tent information by making use of the talents,resources and services advantages of university library to support the collaborative innovation of university scientific research service.[Method/process]Based on the investigation of scientific research demand of patent informa⁃tion service in library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the paper constructs the patent information collaborative service framework based on scientific research needs,and discusses the way to improve transformation of production,education and research in u⁃niversity.[Result/conclusion]Through practical case analysis,the paper integrates the library patent information service and scientific research needs and realize the transformation of production,education and research,which provides references for patent information serv⁃ice of university library.
