表面活性剂在纯水和高浓度乙二醇水溶液中的泡沫性能研究

摘要 根据低温型飞机气体检漏剂的要求,其冰点应≤-60℃。测试乙二醇不同浓度水溶液的冰点,选择乙二醇的质量浓度为65%。研究脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB97)、烷基糖苷(APG-1214)、失水山梨醇月桂酸酯(RY LT-280A)和十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)这几种表面活性剂分别在纯水中和65%乙二醇水溶液中的泡沫性能及其表面张力。结果表明,在水中泡沫性能最好的表面活性剂是K12,所有表面活性剂在65%乙二醇水溶液中均可起泡,CAB97的泡沫性能最好。 According to the requirements of low-temperature type aircraft gas leak detection agent,its freezing point should be less than or equal to-60℃.Testing the freezing point of aqueous solution with different concentrations of ethylene glycol,the concentration of ethylene glycol was selected as 65%(w/w).By studying the foaming properties of several surfactants(sodium alcohol ether sulphate AES,cocoamidopropyl betaine CAB97,alkyl glycoside APG-1214,sorbitol laurate RY LT-280 A and sodium dodecyl sulfate K12) in pure water solution and 65%(W/W) glycol aqueous solution,the results showed that the surfactant with the best foaming performance in water was K12,all of them can foam in 65% ethylene glycol aqueous solution,while CAB97 had the best foaming performance.
