一种甲基硅氧烷脱水除杂工艺 被引量:1

摘要 针对有机硅行业甲基硅氧烷产品含水及机械杂质的问题,介绍了一种甲基硅氧烷脱水除杂工艺。该工艺主要利用静力平衡学及虹吸原理,将甲基硅氧烷产品经除水装置及过滤装置,实现去除甲基硅氧烷产品中的水及机械杂质的目的。除水装置采用旋流分离的方法,提高甲基硅氧烷与水的分离效果,甲基硅氧烷漂浮于除水装置上层,水及大部分粒径>5μm机械杂质经除水装置底部排出,除杂之后利用高纯氮气将除杂装置内甲基硅氧烷产品压送,经微孔过滤器过滤掉<1μm的机械杂质后输送回甲基硅氧烷产品储罐,从而达到除杂的目的。 In view of the organic silicon industry methyl siloxane products containing water and mechanical impurities,a methyl siloxane dehydration removal process was introduced.The process mainly using static balance and siphon principle,the methyl siloxane products by water removal device and filtration device,to realize the purpose of removing water in methyl siloxane products and mechanical impurities.Water removal device adopts the method of cyclone separation method,improve the separation effect of methyl siloxane and water,methyl siloxane floating in the upper layer of the water removal device,water and most of the particle size >5 μm mechanical impurities through the bottom of the water removal device,after using high purity nitrogen in the device methyl siloxane product pressure,filter out the mechanical impurities back to methyl siloxane product storage tank,so as to achieve the purpose of miscellaneous removal.
