原位聚合制备凝胶聚合物电解质

摘要 传统的液态电解质电池存在易漏、易燃、易爆等缺陷。凝胶聚合物电池能够大大改善电池的安全性能,且在一定程度上抑制锂结晶,改善隔膜稳定性,增加体积利用率,是目前的高性能电池之一。以丙烯酸酯类为聚合单体,在聚合温度70℃下,考察了引发剂的种类和用量、单体的种类和用量等因素对聚合凝胶的影响,并对在电解液体系中的原位聚合条件进行了探索,成功制备了凝胶聚合物电解质。制备的凝胶聚合物电池可大大减少游离电解液,同时发挥出常规电池的比容量,其倍率性能在1 C以内表现出色。 The traditional liquid electrolyte battery has the defects of easy leakage,flammability and explosion.Gel polymer battery can greatly improve the safety of the battery,and to a certain extent,inhibit lithium crystallization,improve the stability of diaphragm,and increase the volume utilization rate.It is one of the high-performance batteries.In this paper,acrylates were used as polymerization monomers.The effects of initiator type and dosage,monomer type and dosage on polymerization gel were investigated at polymerization temperature of 70℃.The conditions of in-situ polymerization in the electrolyte system were explored,and the gel polymer electrolyte was successfully prepared.The gel polymer battery can greatly reduce the free electrolyte.At the same time,it gives full play to the specific capacity of conventional batteries,and its rate performance is excellent within 1 C.
