摘要
生物炭是一种能够修复重金属污染的土壤和水体的绿色环保材料,应用前景较为光明。为使传统生物炭对重金属离子的吸附能力得到提升,对生物炭对固定电镀污泥中重金属离子的竞争吸附作用进行研究,将锯末作为原材料,过磷酸钙为氧化剂,通过限氧热解法来进行磷基生物炭的制备。结果表明:磷基生物炭的0~30 nm孔径分布明显多于一般生物炭;BCP600对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cr^(2+)、Cd^(2+)的最佳去除率分别达到了98.59%、98.97%、98.54%、92.57%、65.21%;在Cu^(2+)和Cr^(2+)的干扰下,BCP600对Pb^(2+)的吸附量分别下降了90%和93.3%。以上结果证明,磷基生物炭对重金属的吸附效果好,具有较高的实用性。
Biocarbon is a kind of green environmental protection material which can repair heavy metal contaminated soil and water,and its application prospect is bright.In order to improve the adsorption capacity of traditional biocarbon for heavy metal ions,the competitive adsorption of biocarbon for heavy metal ions in fixed electroplating sludge was studied.Sawdust was used as raw material,calcium superphosphate was used as oxidant,phosphorus based biocarbon was prepared by oxygen limited pyrolysis.The results showed that the pore size distribution of phosphorus based biocarbon with 0~30 nm was significantly larger than that of general biocarbon;The best removal rates of Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),CR^(2+)and Cd^(2+)by BCP600 were 98.59%,98.97%,98.54%,92.57%and 65.21%,respectively;Under the interference of Cu^(2+)and CR^(2+),the adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+)on bcp600 decreased by 90%and 93.3%,respectively.The above results showed that phosphorus based biocarbon had good adsorption effect on heavy metals,and had high practicability.
