摘要
以松茸为原料,对松茸中的三萜类成分进行提取,并对其美白功效进行评价。采用传统的乙醇回流方法对松茸总三萜进行提取,利用熊果酸绘制标准曲线,测定其中的总三萜质量分数,质量分数测定结果表明松茸总三萜提取率为0.28%。同时,将不同质量浓度的松茸总三萜进行一系列美白活性测试实验,包括对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16细胞)存活率、黑色素合成以及酪氨酸酶活性的影响实验。结果表明:松茸总三萜对B16细胞无抑制作用,可以通过减少黑色素合成和抑制酪氨酸酶活性途径达到美白效果,表明松茸三萜具有较好的美白功效,为以后的松茸深加工提供新方向。
Using Tricholoma matsutake as raw material,the triterpenoids in Tricholoma matsutake was extracted,and its whitening effect was evaluated.The traditional ethanol reflux method was used to extract the total triterpenes of Tricholoma matsutake.And the standard curve was drawn with ursolic acid to determine the mass fraction of the total triterpenes.The results showed that the extraction rate of the total triterpenes of Tricholoma matsutake was 0.28%.At the same time,different mass concentrations of total triterpenoids of Tricholoma matsutake were subjected to a series of whitening activity test experiments,including the survival rate of mouse melanoma cells(B16 cells),melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity.Experimental results showed that the total triterpenes of Tricholoma matsutake had no inhibitory effect on B16 cells,and could achieve whitening effects by reducing melanin synthesis andinhibiting tyrosinase activity.It showed that triterpenoids of Tricholoma matsutake had good whitening effect,which could provides a new direction for the future deep processing of Tricholoma matsutake.
