路基工程用环保型土壤固化剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:5

摘要 土壤固化剂能够有效改善土体的力学性能和稳定性能,在路基工程用土中具有比较广阔的应用前景。因此,以硅酸钠、脂肪酸钠盐、甲醇、氯化钠以及硫酸钠等为原料,制备了一种适合高速公路路基工程用的环保型土壤固化剂HB-C1,并通过击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验以及劈裂强度试验评价了其综合性能。试验结果表明:随着环保型土壤固化剂HB-C1加量的不断增大,土样的最佳含水率明显降低,干密度明显提高,固化土试件的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度值均呈现出逐渐升高的趋势。其中当环保型土壤固化剂HB-C1的质量分数为0.5%时,可使土样的最佳含水率降低至15.9%,干密度提高至1.97 g·cm^(-3),并可以使固化土试件具有较高的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度,提高了土体的稳定性和承载能力。研究结果表明,环保型土壤固化剂HB-C1的加入能够有效改善土壤的综合性能,满足路基施工对土样性能的要求。 Soil curing agent can effectively improve the mechanical properties and stability of soil,and has a broad application prospect in subgrade engineering soil.Therefore,using sodium silicate,fatty acid sodium salt,methanol,sodium chloride and sodium sulfate as raw materials,an environmental friendly soil curing agent HB-C1 suitable for expressway subgrade engineering was prepared,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated by compaction test,unconfined compressive strength test and splitting strength test.The test results showed that with the increasing dosage of environmental friendly soil curing agent HB-C1,the optimal moisture content of soil samples was significantly reduced,the dry density was significantly increased,and the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of solidified soil samples gradually increased.When the mass fraction of environmental friendly soil curing agent HB-C1 was 0.5%,the optimal moisture content of soil sample was reduced to 15.9%,and the dry density was increased to 1.97 g·cm^(-3),which made the solidified soil sample have high unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength,and improved the stability and bearing capacity of soil.The results showed that the addition of environmental friendly soil stabilizer HB-C1 could effectively improve the comprehensive properties of soil and meet the requirements of subgrade construction for soil sample properties.
