摘要 报道了一种适用于延长油田酸化碳酸盐岩储层的新型有机酸解堵体系。它能够同时溶解石蜡沉积物和酸化岩石,从而增加储层的渗透率和孔隙度。实验室实验和现场测试的结果表明:乳液与碳酸盐岩的反应速率降低,从而能够更深入地渗透到储层中。同时该乳液对钢的腐蚀作用较小,表明与井下泵送设备的相容性较好。岩心驱替实验证实了乳化酸酸化岩石的能力,形成高渗透性的油气流动通道。酸化后采收率的初始增加表明,有机酸解堵体系效果明显。此外,本文中开发有机酸乳液在现场操作简单,显著降低了成本。 A new organic acid unblocking system suitable for acidifying carbonate reservoirs in Yanchang oil fields was reported.It is able to simultaneously dissolve paraffin deposits and acidify rocks,thereby increasing the permeability and porosity of the reservoir.Results from laboratory experiments and field tests showed that the emulsion reacts at a reduced rate with the carbonate rock,thus enabling deeper penetration into the reservoir.The emulsion also has a less corrosive effect on steel,indicating better compatibility with downhole pumping equipments.Core replacement experiments confirm the ability of the emulsified acid to acidify the rock and form highly permeable oil and gas flow channels.The initial increase in recovery after the acidizing operation indicated that the organic acid unblocking system was effective.In addition,the organic acid emulsion developed in this paper was simple to operate in the field and significantly reduced costs.
