摘要
苯类罐区在日常运行过程中产生大、小呼吸排气,产生大量VOC_(S)气体,对人体健康及环境造成较大影响。近年来,国家为了大力推进化工企业VOC_(S)减排工作,相继发布GB31570、GB31571、GB31572等相关环保规范。为了落实国家及地方关于挥发性有机液体储罐污染防治控制要求,某石油化工企业先后采用“冷凝+活性炭吸附+变压解吸”“吸附+浅冷”两种技术对苯类的储罐进行油气回收处理,最终达到环保政策要求,为同行业苯类储罐油气回收治理提供宝贵的经验。
Benzene tank area in the daily operation process of large and small breathing exhaust,produces a large number of VOC_(S) gas,which can causea greater impact on human health and the environment.In recent years,in order to vigorously promote the VOC_(S) emission reduction work of chemical enterprises,the state has issued GB31570,GB31571,GB31572 and other relevant environmental protection specifications.In order to implement the national and local requirements on pollution prevention and control of volatile organic liquid storage tanks,a petrochemical enterprise has adopted two technologies of"condensation+activated carbon adsorption+pressure change desorption"and"adsorption+shallow cooling"to carry out oil and gas recovery treatment of benzene storage tanks,finally meeting the requirements of environmental protection policy,providing valuable experience for the oil and gas recovery treatment of benzene storage tanks in the same industry.
