贵州白酒产业高质量发展实现路径研究

Study on the Realization Path of High-Quality Development of Liquor Industry in Guizhou Province

白酒产业是贵州省首位产业,在区域经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用。国发〔2022〕2号文件的出台,为贵州白酒产业发展带来新机遇。剖析现阶段贵州白酒产业发展特征和难点问题,对探寻高质量发展路径具有重要意义。从整体上看,贵州白酒产业发展形势向好,生产主体分布区域集中,形成了以赤水河流域为核心的产业集聚区,政策对白酒产业发展推动成效显著,品牌体系建设效果明显。同时,贵州白酒产业高质量发展存在战略引领不够、总产量偏低、产区建设不足等难点。本研究提出对策建议,探索贵州白酒产业高质量发展的实现路径。

Liquor industry is the first industry in Guizhou Province,which plays an important role in the development of regional economy and society.The issue of the State Council〔2022〕No.2 Document has brought new opportunities for the development of Guizhou liquor industry.It is of great significance to explore the high quality development path to analyze the current development characteristics and difficulties of Guizhou liquor industry.On the whole,the development situation of the Guizhou liquor industry is in a good direction.The main distribution areas of liquor production are concentrated,forming a core industrial cluster area in Chishui River Basin.The policies have significantly promoted the development of the liquor industry,and the brand system construction has had an sounding effect.At the present stage,there are also some difficulties the high-quality development of Guizhou liquor industry,such as insufficient strategic guidance,low total output,insufficient construction of production areas,This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to explore the realization path of high-quality development of Guizhou liquor industry.
