西南边疆民族地区主动融入和服务“一带一路”建设问题研究——以云南省景洪市为例

On the Issues Related to the Belt and Road Initiative:A Case Study of Jinghong City,Yunnan Province

“一带一路”倡议是构建人类命运共同体的具体实践,是推动边疆民族地区实现高质量现代化发展的重要举措。倡议提出至今,景洪市在各领域取得了诸多成就,为全面提升对外开放水平提供新机遇。在主动融入和服务“一带一路”建设中,景洪市优势与短板并存,在今后发展上应扬长避短、正视不足,尤其需在提高基础设施内外互通水平、扩大国际国内交流合作、提高基本服务能力、增强生态安全屏障作用等方面持续发力。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a practice for the construction of the shared future of mankind as well as an important measure promoting frontier ethnic areas’high-quality modernization development.Since its formulation,the initiative has witnessed much progress in many aspects in Jinghong City,providing opportunities for the overall improvement of opening-up.In the process of integrating with and serving the initiative there are both advantages and disadvantages in Jinghong.It is argued that efforts should be made to avoid or overcome the shortcomings and better play the role of advantages.Specifically,infrastructure should be improved,both international and domestic cooperation should be expanded,basic service ability must be enhanced,and eco-security has to be fortified.
