常态化疫情防控下监狱管理面临的困境及应对措施

新冠肺炎疫情的暴发给监狱的管理带来了危机与挑战。中国监狱机关在两年多的疫情防控工作中积累了宝贵的经验,监狱的疫情防控将步入常态化防控阶段。在疫情期间,虽然我国司法监狱系统管理方面总体而言有序平稳,但在管理方面仍不可避免地面临一些困境。分析目前监狱将面临的长期性疫情常态化防控管理的困境,并提出应对困境和完善管理的措施,具有十分重要的意义。

The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has brought crises and challenges to prison management.Chinese prison authorities have garnered valuable experience over the last two years of pandemic prevention and control,and pandemic prevention and control for prisons will enter the stage of regular prevention and control.Chinese judicial and prison system is orderly and stable as a whole in terms of management during the pandemic,yet it is confronted with some inevitable dilemmas in management.It is of great significance to analyze the management dilemmas faced by prisons in the context of long-term and regular pandemic prevention and control and propose countermeasures to cope with these dilemmas and enhance management.
