A Brief Analysis of Praticing the Mass Line and Strictly Avoiding Formalism and Bureaucratism

形式主义、官僚主义是人民群众的大敌,是党执政兴国的大敌。党的十八大以来,全党始终旗帜鲜明反对形式主义、官僚主义,取得较好成效。但形式主义、官僚主义根深蒂固,存在隐形变异,具有隐蔽性和反复性,依然是当前党内存在的突出矛盾和问题。脱离群众是滋生形式主义、官僚主义的根源,只有践行更加彻底的群众路线,才能达到力戒形式主义、官僚主义的目的,始终保持党员领导干部与人民群众的血肉联系。

Formalism and bureaucracy are the great enemies of the people and the Party in governing and rejuvenating the country.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the whole Party has always taken a clear stand against formalism and bureaucracy and achieved good results.However,formalism and bureaucracy are deeply rooted,with invisible variations,concealment and repetition,and still the prominent contradictions and problems existing in the current Party.Disengagement from the masses is the root cause of formalism and bureaucracy.Only by practicing the more thorough mass line,can we achieve the purpose of strictly avoiding formalism and bureaucracy,and always maintain the flesh and blood ties between Party members and cadres and the people.
