麻醉护理干预在骨科全麻手术患者中的应用

Application of Anesthesia Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia Surgery in Orthopaedics

目的:探讨麻醉护理干预在骨科全麻手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月1日~2021年2月28日收治的110例择期行骨科全身麻醉手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予麻醉护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:两组干预后心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于术后(P<0.05),且观察组HR低于对照组(P<0.05),但组间SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组HR、血压(BP)异常发生率及躁动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉护理干预可有效降低骨科全麻手术患者躁动发生率,稳定其生命体征,提高满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of anesthesia nursing intervention in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in orthopaedics.Methods:A total of 110 patients who were selected for orthopedic general anesthesia during January 1,2020 to February 28,2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 55 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given anesthesia nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the levels of HR,SBP,and DBP were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the HR in the observation group was lower than thar in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in differences of the SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05),the incidence of HR and BP abnormalities and the incidence of restlessness were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anesthesia nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of restlessness in orthopedic patients undergoing general anesthesia,stabilize their vital signs,and improve their satisfactione.
