基于网格化管理的大型灌区工程建设安全管理模式构建 被引量:4

摘要 大型灌区工程建筑物形式多样、地质环境复杂、施工难度大,工程建设过程中易发生风险事故。以赵口引黄灌区二期工程建设为例,将网格化管理的理论和技术引入灌区建设安全管理中,根据网格化管理思路,将管理对象划分为网格单元,组建网格服务团队,借助信息技术建立与其管理模式相适应的安全管理信息平台,形成横纵联合、协作有序的精准化网格化安全管理模式。分析了网格化安全管理模式的优势及其运行机制,认为通过网格化安全管理模式可以实现赵口引黄灌区二期工程的系统化管理,提高灌区风险处理的效率。 Large irrigation areas have various building forms,complex geological environment and difficult construction,so risk accidents are prone to occur during engineering construction.Taking Zhaokou Yellow River irrigation area phaseⅡproject as an example,the paper intro⁃duced the theory and technology of grid management into the safety management of the construction.According to the ideas of grid manage⁃ment,the management objects were divided into grid units,and a grid service team was formed to establish a safety management information platform that was suitable for its management model with the help of information technology to form a horizontal and vertical,collaborative and orderly accurate grid safety management model.It analyzed the advantages of the grid safety management model and its operating mechanism,and proposed that the system management model of Zhaokou Yellow River irrigation area phaseⅡproject through the grid safety management model can be used to improve the efficiency of risk treatment of the irrigation area.
