中药有效成分对膀胱癌信号通路的调控作用

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统的常见恶性肿瘤。近年来,中药抗癌引起了研究者的广泛关注,大量研究证实中药有效成分可以抑制膀胱癌细胞的生长、增殖、迁移和侵袭、阻滞细胞周期并诱导细胞凋亡。研究表明:中药有效成分对膀胱癌的治疗作用可以通过调控信号通路实现,主要包括磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)信号通路(如:黄芩素、姜黄素、青蒿素、青藤碱、氧化苦参碱、红景天苷、枸杞多糖、毛蕊异黄酮、蒲公英萜醇等)、核转录因子-κB(nuclear transcription factor-κB,NF-κB)信号通路(如:隐丹参酮、荭草素、白藜芦醇、姜黄素、蛇床子素、大黄素、紫铆因、猪苓多糖等)、分泌性糖蛋白(Wnt)/β-链蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路(如:二氢丹参酮、汉防己碱、汉防己丙素等)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)信号通路(如:丹参酮ⅡA、和厚朴酚、黄芩素、芒柄花黄素、苦豆碱、槲皮黄酮等),以及Janus激酶(Janus kinases,JAK)/信号转导和转录激活因子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT)信号通路(如:黄芩素、白花蛇舌草等)。相关中药有效成分的类别主要包括黄酮类、生物碱类、多酚类、萜类等,多来源于黄芩、姜黄、黄芪、防己、丹参及大黄等中药材。本文总结了近几年不同中药有效成分对膀胱癌信号通路的调控作用并展望中药用于治疗膀胱癌的应用前景。 Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system. In recent years, the anticancer effect of traditional Chinese medicine has attracted extensive attention of researchers. A large number of studies have confirmed that the Chinese medicine effective constituents can inhibit the growth, proliferation, migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells, block cell cycle and induce apoptosis of bladder cancer cells. The research shows that the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine effective constituents on bladder cancer can be achieved by regulating the signal pathway, including phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT) signaling pathway(such as baicalein, curcumin,artemisinin, sinomenine, oxymatrine, salidroside, lycium barbarum polysaccharides, calycosin, taraxerol, etc.), nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-κB) signaling pathway(such as cryptotanshinone, orientin, resveratrol, curcumin,osthol, emodin, butein, polyporus polysaccharide, etc.), Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway(such as dihydrotanshinone,tetrandrine, cyclanoline, etc.), mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathway(such as tanshinone IIA,honokiol, baicalein, formononetin, aloperine, quercetin etc.), and Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling pathway(such as baicalein, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, etc.). The categories of relevant Chinese medicine effective constituents mainly include flavonoids, alkaloids, polyphenols, terpenoids and so on, and most of them come from baicalensis, turmeric, astragalus, Stephania tetrandra, Salvia miltiorrhiza, rhubarb and other Chinese medicinal materials. In this article, the regulations of different Chinese medicine effective constituents on bladder cancer signaling pathway in recent years was analyzed and summarized. Additionally, the application prospect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bladder cancer is also involved.
