卵巢早衰的中医病机及其方剂现代药理探索

Study on the Pathogenesis of Premature Ovarian Failure in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Research Results of Modern Pharmacology of Some Prescriptions

卵巢早衰是40岁以下妇女常见的妇科疾病,主要以闭经、高促性腺激素和低雌激素为特征。近年来,卵巢早衰的发病率逐年升高而且呈年轻化趋势。而到目前为止,还没有完全治愈卵巢早衰的方法。研究发现中医药治疗卵巢早衰有独特优势,其可能的机制涉及调节生殖内分泌激素、参与免疫调节、抑制细胞凋亡、调控相关细胞因子及信号通路等途径。因此,本文以卵巢早衰的中医发病病机及其部分方剂现代药理研究成果为中心进行探讨。

Premature ovarian failure is the most common gynecological disease in women under the age of 40. It is mainly characterized by amenorrhea, high gonadotropin and estrogen deficiency. In recent years, the incidence of premature ovarian failure has increased year by year and is showing a younger trend. So far, there is no complete cure for premature ovarian failure. Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. The possible mechanism involves regulating reproductive endocrine hormones, participating in immune regulation, inhibiting cell apoptosis, and regulating related cells factors and signaling pathways, etc.Therefore, this article focused on the pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure in traditional Chinese medicine and the research results of modern pharmacology of some prescriptions.
