摘要
应急教育是提高全民应急素质和应急能力的必要手段,是我国应急管理工作与应急救援的前提和重要组成部分。通过对国内外应急教育现状的比较,分析我国应急教育存在的主要问题,探索目前我国应急体制改革背景下全民应急教育的发展方向和实施举措,从而推动构建完善的应急教育体系。
Emergency education is a necessary means to improve the quality and emergency response capability of all people,and it is a prerequisite and an important part of emergency management and emergency rescue in China.By comparing the current situation of emergency education at home and abroad,we analyze the main problems of emergency education in China,explore the development direction and implementation initiatives of national emergency education in the context of the current emergency system reform in China,and thus promote the construction of a perfect emergency education system.
