高层多业主综合建筑消防安全管理模式探究

Research on fire safety management mode of high-rise multi-owner comprehensive buildings

由于高层多业主综合建筑单位存在消防安全职责不清、日常消防管理不到位等问题,必然存在相应的火灾隐患并不同程度地威胁着人民群众的生命财产安全。通过详细分析目前我国高层多业主建筑消防安全现状,对日常消防安全管理过程中普遍存在的实际问题展开全面探讨,并提出相应有效的改进措施,以供各级消防部门工作人员参考。

In high-rise multi-owner comprehensive buildings,due to unclear fire safety responsibilities,the daily fire management is not in place,and so on.There must be corresponding fire hazards and different degrees of threats to the safety of people's lives and property.By analyzing the current situation of fire safety in high-rise multi-owner buildings in China,the paper discusses the practical problems existing in the process of daily fire safety management.Corresponding effective measures are put forward for the reference of fire department staff at all levels.
