摘要
近些年,我国住宅建筑工程呈现高层化发展趋势,建筑结构复杂,增加了防火救援的难度。为了保障高层住宅建筑的消防安全,在建设过程中应注重防火设计,确定快速有效的人员疏散方案。基于此,对高层住宅建筑的消防安全现状及防火疏散措施进行研究,并提出可行设计方案,以供参考。
In recent years,China's residential building projects show the trend of high-rise development,the complex structure of the building,which increases the difficulty of fire prevention and rescue.In order to guarantee the fire safety of high-rise residential buildings,the fire prevention design should be paid attention to during the construction process,and a fast and effective personnel evacuation plan should be determined.Based on this,the current situation of fire safety and fire prevention and evacuation measures of high-rise residential buildings are studied,and feasible design solutions are proposed for reference.
