为促进火灾事故调查工作的进一步完善,确保其能够为后续工作提供重要基础,从而开展火灾事故调查工作现状及策略研究。在明确火灾事故调查工作特征的基础上,针对当前火灾事故调查工作量大、调查人员数量少、火灾事故物证鉴定效率低、火灾事故调查装备配置不足等问题,提出加大消防救援站参与火灾事故调查的执法力度、适当增加火灾事故鉴定机构的数量、增加资金投入、实时更新火灾事故调查装备等解决策略,以便为更好地维护火灾当事人的合法权益提供重要依据。

In order to promote the further improvement of fire investigation and ensure that it can provide an important basis for the follow-up work,the research on the current situation and strategy of fire investigation has been carried out.On the basis of defining the characteristics of fire investigation work,aiming at the problems such as heavy workload of fire investigation,small number of investigators,low efficiency of identification of fire accident material evidence,and insufficient configuration of fire investigation equipment,the paper puts forward some solving strategies,such as strengthening the law enforcement of fire and rescue stations participating in fire investigation,appropriately increasing the number of fire accident identification institutions,increasing capital investment,updating fire investigation equipment in real time,and so on.These can improve the timeliness and accuracy of fire investigation,so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of fire parties to provide an important basis.
