合理构建消防救援队伍作战训练安全评估体系的方式及其重要意义

The way and significance of reasonably constructing the operational training safety evaluation system of fire and rescue team

近年来,随着我国工业化、城镇化的快速推进,以及各类新材料、新技术的广泛应用,消防救援队伍在参与处置各类灾害事故过程中的风险也不断增加。消防救援人员必须秉承“安全第一”的灭火救援原则,在保障自身安全的情况下,更好地为人民服务。因此,如何掌握、分析消防人员的安全处置能力,抓好造成队伍伤亡事故频发的命脉,已经成为当前消防救援队伍亟须解决的问题。通过对目前我国消防救援队伍作战训练安全工作现状进行分析,提出改进作战训练安全工作的具体建议,为各级队伍开展正常执勤训练及灾情处置工作提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid progress of industrialization and urbanization in China,as well as the wide application of all kinds of new materials and technologies,the risk of fire and rescue teams in dealing with various disasters and accidents is also increasing.Fire and rescue personnel must adhere to the fire and rescue principle of“safety first”and better serve the people while ensuring their own safety.Therefore,how to master and analyze the safety disposal capability of fire and rescue personnel and grasp the lifeline of frequent team casualties has become the primary problem that the current team urgently needs to solve.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the operational training safety work of the fire and rescue team in our country,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions to improve the operational training safety work,so as to provide reference for the normal duty training and disaster disposal at all levels of the team.
