现阶段,国家综合性消防救援站数量不足、布点不均、警力紧缺。同时,城市交通拥堵、城中村道路狭窄导致中大型消防车辆在特定时段、特定区域适用性不强。针对上述问题,指出轻型消防车在火灾扑救、应急救援、社会救助、消防安保中的车型适用优势,阐述了小型消防站的建设标准,提出了基于“轻型消防车作战单元+小型消防站”的灭早救小模式,具有政策、机制、技术、效能可行性。

At present,the national comprehensive fire and rescue stations have the characteristics of insufficient number,uneven distribution and police shortage.At the same time,urban traffic congestion and narrow roads in urban villages lead to the poor applicability of medium and large fire trucks at specific times and in specific areas.Aimed at these problems,the paper points out that the advantage of light fire trucks in fire fighting,emergency rescue,social assistance and fire security.The construction standard of small fire station is elaborated,and the model of extinguishing early based on"light fire truck combat unit+small fire station"is proposed,which has the feasibility of policy,mechanism,technology and effectiveness.
