我国花样滑冰女子单人滑未来发展路径研究--以北京2022年冬奥会为例

A Study on the Future Development Path of Women Single Figure Skating in China--A Case Study on the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022

我国花样滑冰女子单人滑项目在北京2022年冬奥会上的表现不尽如人意,与世界一流水平运动员之间的差距显著。要想在未来的比赛中有所突破,需要对优秀运动员的比赛表现进行分析研究,以寻找该项目未来的发展路径。本文通过运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等方法,对北京2022年冬奥会花样滑冰女子单人滑项目以及团体赛女单自由滑比赛进行分析研究。结果表明:当前我国花样滑冰女子单人滑运动员在技术难度、动作完成度、滑行技术、表演能力、舞蹈水平、体能储备等方面均落后于世界一流水平。究其原因,主要是我国花样滑冰女子单人滑存在整体水平较差、缺乏高难度技术储备、艺术表现力不足、心理抗压能力较差、参赛机会较少等问题。建议:加强专项力量训练和体能训练,提升艺术表现力和滑行技术,提升心理抗压能力,进行跨界跨项选材,合理设计参赛服装等。

The result of women single figure skating of China in Beijing Winter Olympics 2022 is not satisfactory,and there is a significant gap between China and world-class athletes.In order to make a breakthrough in future competitions,it is necessary to analyze and study the performance of elite athletes,so as to find the development path of this event in the future.By using the methods of literature review,video observation and mathematical statistics,this study analyzes the women single skating event and the women single free skating in team event in the Beijing Winter Olympics.RESULTS:Chinese female figure skaters lag behind the world's first-class skaters in Level of Difficulty,Grade of Execution,Skating Skills,Presentation,dancing level and physical reserve.Some problems are found in this study of Chinese women figure skating,such as low overall level,lack of technical reserve of high difficulty,lack of artistic expression,low psychological ability to perform under pressure,and few opportunities to participate in competitions.SUGGESTIONS:The authors proposes the following suggestions:strengthening special strength training and physical training,improving artistic expression and skating skills,improving stress tolerance,selecting talents across disciplines,and designing suitable figure skating dresses.
