摘要 “体育强国”建设背景下,加快推进冰雪运动进校园有助于持续深化体教融合、加速体育强国的建设。通过采用文献资料法,并且引用PEST-SWOT模型分析法,本文对我国推进冰雪运动进校园过程中自身优势和劣势、推进中外部存在的威胁和发展机遇进行分析,拟从宏观角度上为我国推进冰雪运动进校园提出一些战略建议。研究表明,我国推进冰雪运动进校园发展战略路径有4:①S+O战略:以北京冬奥会为契机,举办青少年冰雪运动赛事,引导学校、企业、社会合作推进冰雪运动进校园;②W+O战略:通过社会冰雪运动来壮大社会力量,强化专业师资建设,保障校园冰雪运动的经费;③S+T战略:优化校园冰雪政策执行环境,因地制宜推进校园冰雪运动,积极研发冰雪运动的新技术,加快普及冰雪运动;④W+T战略:立足国情,借鉴他国经验,进一步制定、完善相关的校园冰雪发展战略。 In the context of building a“sports power”,speeding up the promotion of ice and snow sports into school curriculum can help to deepen the fusion of sports and education and gear up the building of a sports power.The study used the method of literature review,and PEST-SWOT model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,the external threats and opportunities of the country in this process,and to offer suggestions on strategies from a macro perspective to support ice and snow sports in the schools of China.Findings reveal four strategies to promote ice and snow sports in the schools of China:(1)S+O strategy:utilizing the momentum of the Beijing Winter Olympics as an opportunity,holding junior ice and snow sports events and guiding cooperation of schools,businesses and the public;(2)W+O strategy:stronger social forces in ice and snow sports,better professional coaches,and securing funds for school ice and snow sports;(3)S+T strategy:optimizing policy implementation in pushing ice and snow sports into school curriculum and adjusting measures to local conditions;actively developing new technologies to fuel the popularization of ice and snow sports;(4)The W+T strategy:further formulating and improving relevant strategies.
