“双减”政策下体育培训业高质量发展的路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,从供给结构、生产效率、价值创造三个维度对体育培训业高质量发展的内涵展开深入论述,探讨“双减”政策下我国体育培训业高质量发展的困境和路径。结果发现“双减”对于推动我国体育培训业高质量发展的价值主要体现在:“双减”政策势必成为体育培训业的一场“及时雨”,推动体育培训业提质升级,成为体育培训业高质量发展的重要动力。而面临的发展困境则是:体育培训业结构单一,产业链不完善;体育培训业要素质量低下,业态不明;现代化管理程度不足,缺乏专业人才;体育培训业野蛮生长,忽略价值创造。建议发展路径为:打造体育培训“+”的融合性产业,完善产业链;提升体育培训业要素效率,明确业务经营;提高现代化管理程度,引进专业人才;加强行业监管,提升价值创造。 Using the research methods of literature review and expert interviews,this study probes into the difficulties and paths of high-quality development of China’s sports training industry in the context of“double reduction”policy.This paper expounds high-quality development of sports training industry from three dimensions:supply structure,production efficiency and value creation.RESULTS:The“double reduction”policy is bound to be an important driver in fueling quality improvement and upgrading of China's sports training industry.The present challenges of sports training industry are:single industrial structure,incomplete industrial chain,low quality of sports training elements,unclear type of business,insufficient degree of modern management,a shortage of professionals,wild grass-like growth of sports training industry,and neglect of value creation.SUGGESTION:We recommend a path of advancement to build a sports training“plus”industry,improve the industrial chain,increase the efficiency of sports training industry elements,clarify business operation,improve modern management,employ professional talents,strengthen industry supervision and enhance value creation.
