高质量发展背景下我国篮球培训机构标准化管理实现路径研究

A Study of the Pathway to Standardized Management of Basketball Training Organizations in the Context of High-Quality Development

本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于系统论原理对篮球培训机构标准化管理各组成部分之间的逻辑关系进行梳理,分析篮球培训机构高质量发展的核心要求和实践诉求。在此基础上提出篮球培训机构实现高质量发展的标准化管理实现路径,即:发挥市场标准优势,构建多元工作体系;实施区域试点,由区域性标准向全国性标准推进发展;强化培训机构质量标准体系,不断提升服务质量;提高培训机构质量信用,赢得消费者信任。以此可为提升篮球培训业标准化水平从而实现高质量发展提供参考。

We used the methods of literature review and logical analysis,and based on the principle of system theory,we sort out the logical relationship among the components of standardized management of basketball training institutions and analyzed the core requirements and practical requirements for high-quality development of basketball training institutions.The pathways to standardized management of basketball training institutions for high-quality development are recommended:(1)to bring the advantages of market standards into play,build a diversified work system;(2)to implement regional pilot and promote development from regional standard to national standard;(3)to strengthen quality standards of training institutions and continuously increase service quality;and(4)to increase the quality and credit of training institutions and win the trust of consumers.The aim of the study is to provide reference for improving the standardization level of basketball training industry so as to achieve high quality development.
