Postural and core stability are very important for movement, especially when balancing on uneven surfaces or dealing with sudden disturbances.Defects or imbalances in the core muscles can increase fatigue, reduce endurance performance, and increase the risk of injury.Postural stability performs a vital role in athletic performance.Additionally, core stability and strength are an integral part of your daily training routine. These abilities correlate with athletic performance-related skills.Neuromuscular training with good control of posture and core stability facilitates effective project-specific functional training. However, there is debate as to whether these improvements in abilities translate into athletic performance. Therefore, research on the relationship between passive, active, and neural mechanisms of balance control and spinal posture and motor performance should provide a basis for designing training methods that address postural and core stability under specific exercise conditions.
