摘要
学科建设是高校建设与发展的关键与核心,是带动并引领地方本科院校创新发展的重要推手。地方本科院校应以“双一流”高校的学科建设已有经验和典型成果为参考,同时结合自身发展特色和基础,不断探索适合自身学科建设的实践路径,进而不断提升学科建设水平。地方本科院校学科建设是学者积聚、生长和创新发展的重要基地,是特色学科体系和学科群建设的主要场域,是提升高校学术竞争力的有力手段。目前,地方本科院校学科建设面临着学科决策不科学、学科资源配置不合理、学科文化生态沉淀不够等巨大挑战,从系统优化理论的目的性、整体性及相关性三个基本属性,探索性地提出“双一流”建设契机下地方本科院校学科布局结构优化实践路径。
Discipline construction is the key and core of the construction and development of colleges and universities, and it is an important driving force to promote and lead the innovative development of local undergraduate colleges. Local undergraduate colleges should take the experience and typical achievements of the discipline construction in "double first-class" colleges and universities as reference, and combine their own development characteristics and foundations to constantly explore the practical paths suitable for their own discipline construction, so as to constantly improve the level of discipline construction. The discipline construction of local undergraduate colleges is an important base for the accumulation, growth and innovative development of scholars,the main field for the construction of characteristic discipline system and discipline groups, and a powerful means to enhance the academic competitiveness of local undergraduate colleges. At present, the discipline construction of local undergraduate colleges and universities is facing huge challenges such as unscientific discipline decision-making, unreasonable discipline resource allocation,and vulgarization of discipline cultural ecology. From the three basic attributes of the system optimization theory, namely, the purpose,integrity, and relevance, the practice path of optimizing the discipline layout structure of local undergraduate colleges and universities under the opportunity of "double first-class" construction is tentatively proposed.
