航空装备数字化供应链协同制造云平台研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着复杂航空装备研制过程的技术成熟度越来越高,主机厂的产能制约因素已从制造技术瓶颈转变为供应链运营管控能力不足。针对大规模供应链动态协同管控难、信息集成与追溯难等行业共性问题,提出一种基于工业互联网的协同制造新模式——航空装备数字化供应链协同制造云平台,将供应链协同、供应链追溯、供应链赋能、供应链大数据分析和供应链决策等一系列数字化制造核心应用服务开放给供应链企业,提升主机厂自身的供应链协同管控能力和产业链生态数字化制造能力。应用案例展示了航空装备数字化供应链协同制造云平台在航空装备数字化供应链协同制造赋能方面的积极作用,可为行业数字化供应链生态体系构建奠定基础。 With the increasing maturity of technology in the development process of complex aviation equipment,the capacity constraints of the main engine plant have changed from the bottleneck of manufacturing technology to the lack of supply chain operation management and control capacity.Aiming at the common problems of large-scale supply chain dynamic collaborative control,information integration and traceability,a new collaborative manufacturing model based on industrial internet—aviation equipment digital supply chain collaborative manufacturing cloud platform was proposed.A series of core application services of digital manufacturing,such as supply chain collaboration,supply chain traceability,supply chain empowerment,supply chain big data analysis,supply chain decision-making,were open to supply chain enterprises to improve the host plant′s own supply chain collaborative management and control ability,and industrial chain ecological digital manufacturing ability.The application case showed the positive role of the aviation equipment digital supply chain collaborative manufacturing cloud platform in the collaborative manufacturing empowerment of aviation equipment digital supply chain,which could lay a foundation for the construction of industry digital supply chain ecosystem.
