摘要
针对汽车保险杠由成型喷涂车间向总装车间运输效率低、人员成本高的问题,根据转运工艺分析,设计了自动缓存转运系统。首先,规划了系统结构整体组成;然后,分别对托盘缓存输送单元、托盘自动升降单元及转运台车夹持机构进行了结构设计;再者,设计形成详细的控制逻辑;最后,对工艺优化前后的生产效率进行了计算分析。研究结果表明:汽车保险杠自动缓存转运系统的应用可提高生产效率6.7%,减少至仅1名驾驶运输人员,并降低了组装人员的工作强度。
Aiming at the problems of low transport efficiency and high labor cost in the process of transporting automobile bumper from spraying workshop to assembly workshop,according to the analysis of transfer process,an automatic buffer transfer system was designed.Firstly,the integral structure was designed.Then,The structures of storage and transmission unit,tray lifting unit,trolley clamping unit were designed,at the same time,the control logic of the system was designed.Finally,the production efficiency of the system was calculated and analyzed between the previous process and the optimized process.The results indicate that the application of the automatic buffer transfer system can increase production efficiency by 6.7%,and driver reduced to 1,and working intensity of the workers is reduced.
