Humanistic care is an important symbol of social progress,and it plays a critical role in human living and development.Integrating humanistic care into hospital cultural construction can upgrade the overall cultural level of the hospital effectively,enrich the form and content of hospital cultural construction,and increase the social benefits of the hospital to a large extent,thereby exerting great influence on the sustainable development of the hospital.This paper aims to investigate the importance of humanistic care,especially under the background of regular epidemic prevention and control and explore the practical measures for integrating humanistic care into the hospital cultural construction,so as to lay a solid foundation for the efficient construction of hospital culture.
