紧密型医联体成员医院患者就医满意度及其影响因素研究

Patient satisfaction and its influencing factors in membership hospitals of compact medical consortium

目的分析紧密型医联体成员医院患者就医的满意度及其影响因素,讨论医联体实施现状,为促进医联体长效发展提供参考。方法采用方便抽样从广东省广州市5个区抽取10个紧密型医联体成员医院,以470名成员医院就诊患者作为研究对象,运用方差与二元Logistic回归进行统计分析并筛选有效数据。结果转诊经历(P=0.003)、临床服务态度(P=0.001)、医疗费用(P=0.005)和整体诊疗环境(P=0.000)均影响患者就医体验,并产生正向影响,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成员医院患者在紧密型医联体模式下的就医体验满意度较高,医联体建设具有一定效果,但在转诊流程、价格管理和医疗服务质量管理等机制仍需继续完善。

Objective To analyze patients’satisfaction with medical treatment,explore its influencing factors in the members of compact medical consortium and investigate the current situations of medical consortium so as to provide reference for the long-term development of medical consortium.Methods Convenience sampling was applied to select 470 patients from 10 hospital members of a compact medical consortium in 5 districts of Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province as the research objects.The statistical analysis methods such as One-Way ANOVA and Binary Logistic Regression were used to screen valid data.Results The influencing factors were found to be referral experience(P=0.003),satisfaction with clinical departments(P=0.001),medical expenses(P=0.005)and treatment environment(P=0.000)(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients are highly satisfied with their medical experience in the hospital members of a compact medical consortium,showing medical consortiums are effective for improving medical experience.However,referral process,price mechanism and service quality need to be improved within the consortium.
