公立医院互联网医院与线下实体门诊运营的对比与思考——以广东省某三甲医院为例

Operation efficacy of public hospitals:online hospitals vs.offline hospital clinics——Taking a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province as an example

伴随国家政策的支持与社会发展,公立医院互联网医院的发展迎来新的契机,但是目前公立医院互联网医院运营面临“建而不用”“线上线下服务分离”等问题,相关的运营效率研究和线上线下的对比分析较少。本文通过分析某大型三甲公立医院互联网医院开单咨询的主要病种、科室看诊效率、线上号源预约情况和检验检查预约情况,并与线下实体医院进行对比分析,发掘互联网医院的重点建设方向,根据线下门诊的实际需求来对调整互联网医院的运营模式并提出建议,以期整合线上线下医疗资源,为实现线下线上一体化、互联网医院与实体医院有机结合提供依据,实现实体医院优质医疗资源的精准下沉,促进公立医院互联网医院高质量建设,为患者提供价值医疗服务。

Online hospitals affiliated with public hospitals have ushered in a new opportunity with the state-supported policy as well as social changes.At the same time,however,they have encountered with the problems of"having been built but not used"and"separation of online service from offline"and on the other hand the research on their operation efficiency from a comparative perspective is little.This paper compares the online hospitals with offline hospital clinics in terms of main types of diseases and appointments of diagnose/inspection so as to explore the key construction direction of online hospitals.Then it makes suggestions on the integration of the online hospitals and offline hospital clinics for the purposing of allocating the high-quality medical resource of public hospitals downward,facilitating the high quality construction of Internet hospitals and ultimately providing patients with high quality health services.
