摘要
在“互联网+”新形势下,为优化医疗资源配置、转变服务理念、优化就医流程、规范分级诊疗,充分体现“以患者为中心”服务理念,十堰市太和医院全科医师团队开展“互联网+全科医师”线上诊疗服务工作。现对该模式相关流程内容进行介绍,为我国医疗卫生机构开展“互联网+全科医师”服务提供参考。
In the era of“Internet+”,Taihe Hospital has proposed an“Internet+General Practitioner”model,by which a team of general practitioners were organized to carry out online diagnosis and treatment services in order to optimize the allocation of medical resources,change the service philosophy,optimize the medical treatment process,standardize the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and fully embody the philosophy of“patient-centered”service.This paper tries to introduce the contents and flowchart of this mode so as to provide a reference for healthcare institutions in China to carry out“Internet+General Practitioner”services.
