后疫情时代重庆在职医生对互联网+远程诊疗平台的态度及需求

Attitudes to in-service doctors in Chongqing and their needs for Internet+telemedicine platform in post-epidemic era

目的为了解重庆在职医生对公立医院互联网+远程诊疗平台的态度及需求,并针对存在问题提出相关建议和措施。方法选取重庆市20家2级以上具备远程诊疗条件医院的240名在职医生作为研究对象。采用调查问卷法,了解在职医生对互联网+远程诊疗平台的感受及建议,并进行原因分析,提出改进建议。结果诊疗规范缺陷、激励机制缺乏、安全制度落后3大原因是目前导致重庆市在职医生对互联网+远程医疗积极性不够的主要原因。结论需要密切关注和回应临床医生的需求,有针对性地优化远程诊疗平台软硬件建设,才能让患者真正享受到优质互联网医疗服务。

Objective To investigate the attitudes of Chongqing clinicians to and their needs for the Internet+telemedicine platform in public hospitals and put forward suggestions and measures for solving the problems.Methods A total of 240 in-service doctors from 20 secondary or tertiary hospitals in Chongqing with telemedicine conditions were selected as research subjects.The questionnaire method was used to investigate in-service doctors’feelings and suggestions on Internet+telemedicine platform,followed by analyzing the causes and putting forward suggestions for improvement.Results The problem in diagnosis and treatment standard,lack of incentive mechanism and un-updated security system were the main reasons for the lack of motivation of the in-service doctors for Internet plus telemedicine.Conclusion It is necessary to pay close attention to and respond to the needs of clinicians and optimize the construction of telemedicine hardware and software in a targeted manner to make sure that patients can really enjoy high-quality Internet medical services.
