摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学(SST)模式应用于口腔住院医师规范化门诊急症培训中的教学效果。方法选取2017年8月—2020年8月口腔科住院医师共53人为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,观察组实施情景模拟教学,共19学时,对照组实施传统教学,共14学时。教学结束后,均通过统一的的考试(包括理论考核和操作技能考核)以及问卷调查等方式对两组住院医师的教学效果进行评价。结果2组住院医师的理论考核成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院医师的5项急救操作技能成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院医师对教学模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔住院医师处理门诊急症事件的教学中,引入情景模拟教学模式,可取得更好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation teaching(SST)on clinics and emergency training to stomatological residents during the standardized residency training.Methods A total of 53 residents from the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given scenario simulation teaching with a total of 19 class hours,while the control group was given traditional teaching with a total of 14 class hours.After the teaching,the teaching effect of the two groups of residents was evaluated by means of unified examination(including theoretical examination and operational skill examination)and questionnaire survey.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the theoretical assessment(P>0.05).The results of assessments on 5 first aid operation skills in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of satisfaction with the teaching mode in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SST can achieve better teaching results in the clinics and emergency training to stomatological residents during the standardized residency training.
