产教融合视域下高职现代产业学院运行模式及实施路径研究

Research on the Operation Mode and Implementation Path of Modern Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

当前,现代产业学院是实现产教融合的建设途径和重要载体,是支撑职业教育高质量发展的新引擎。文章从现代产业学院建设的内涵属性入手,以“校-行-企”型产业学院为例阐释现代产业学院的运行模式,基于利益相关者视角分析,明晰现代产业学院的实施路径:政府要建立权责分明的产权制度,精准施策;高职院校要搭建市场化运作的运行机制,提升成效;行业企业要构建多元共治的育人共同体并积极参与。

At present,the modern industrial college is a construction approach and an important carrier to realize the integration of production and education,and a new engine supporting the high-quality development of vocational education.Starting with the connotative attributes of the construction of modern industrial colleges,and taking the“school-business-enterprise”industrial colleges as an example,this paper explains the operation mode of modern industrial colleges.Based on the analysis from the perspective of stakeholders,the implementation path of modern industrial colleges is clarified:A property rights system with clear rights and responsibilities should be established,and precise policies should be implemented;Higher vocational colleges should build a market-oriented operation mechanism to improve effectiveness;Industries and enterprises should build a diverse co-governance education community,and participate in it actively.
