2010年,由国家层面发文推行农村订单定向医学生的培养。该文通过文献检索及访谈法描述分析订单定向医学生就业现状,通过履约、岗位胜任、职业发展等维度溯源培养过程,反思培养方案的改革优化,为定向医学生后续培养提供参考。

In 2010,the State issued a document to promote the targeted training of order-oriented medical students in rural areas.Through literature retrieval and interview,the employment status of order-oriented medical students was described and analyzed.By tracing the training process from the dimensions of contract performance,job competency and career development,the reform and optimization of training programs were reflected,providing reference for the follow-up training of order-oriented medical students.
