“双减”政策下课堂教学中的“减”与“增” 被引量:2

摘要 面对学生学习压力和学习负担不断加重的现状,为了确保未来人才的健康成长,国家颁布实施了《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》,主要从作业布置、课后服务、校外培训和教学质量四个方面为学生减轻负担。而课堂教学正是减负的关键阵地,因此教师须先明确“减”什么和“增”什么这一首要问题,可以从压力、作业和评价等方面做适当的“减法”,从多育融合、思维练习、协同合作和情感交流等方面做“加法”。通过对课堂教学的“减”与“增”,更新教师的教学观念,有效释放学生的学习空间,从而促进学生全面、自由、健康成长。 The pressure and burden of students are increasing.Therefore,in order to ensure the healthy growth of talents in the new era,the State has promulgated and implemented the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Tutoring for Students in Compulsory Education,which reduces the burden of students mainly about the homework,after-school service,and off-campus tutoring,in order to improve teaching quality.Classroom teaching is the key channel to reduce the burden,and the primary problem for teachers to make clear is what to reduce and what to add.Appropriate“reduction”can be considered in terms of pressure,homework and evaluation,and at the same time“addition”can be considered in terms of the integration of education,thinking practice,cooperation and emotional communication.The“reduction”and“addition”of classroom teaching can help to update teachers’teaching concepts,effectively release students’learning space,so that further efforts will be made to realize students’overall freedom and healthy growth.
