摘要
声发射是目前可操作性较高的储罐底板腐蚀在线检测技术,国内外均形成了相关的检测标准,包括ASTM E1930、BS EN 15856、JB/T 10764、Q/SY GD 0211,4个标准对设备、灵敏度测试、检测步骤、结果评价要求各不相同。通过对国内外声发射检测标准进行对比分析,结合生产实践,提出了储罐声发射检测标准的修订方向和建议。
Acoustic emission is currently the most feasible online detection technology for tank floor corrosion,and relevant testing standards have been formed at home and abroad,including ASTM E1930,BS EN 15856,JB/T 10764,Q/SY GD 0211.The 4 standards have different requirements for equipment,sensitivity testing,detection steps,and result evaluation.Based on the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign acoustic emission testing standards,combined with production practice,the revision direction and suggestions of acoustic emission detection standards for storage tanks are put forward.
