钢板表面翘皮缺陷产生原因

摘要 采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、能谱分析等方法,并结合钢板的生产工艺,对钢板表面出现翘皮缺陷的原因进行分析。结果表明:铸坯在热轧期间的高温阶段,产生了粗轧辊裂纹,并在后续轧制过程中,裂纹继续扩展,最终在钢板表面形成了翘皮缺陷。 By means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis,combined with the production process of steel plate,the causes of warping defects on the surface of steel plate were analyzed.The results show that during the high temperature stage of hot rolling,the coarse roll cracks were generated,and in the subsequent rolling process,the cracks continued to expand,and finally the warping defects were formed on the surface of the steel plate.
