摘要
某吊链双环卸扣在工作时发生断裂。采用断口形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相检验和硬度测试等方法对卸扣断裂的原因进行了分析,并采用有限元分析方法对不同直径的卸扣进行应力校核。结果表明:过度磨损导致卸扣直径变小是其断裂的根本原因。规范的定期检查,及时更换过度磨损的零件可以避免卸扣断裂。
A double ring shackle of a crane chain broken during operation.Fracture morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test were used to analyze the fracture causes of the shackle,and the finite element analysis method was used to check the stress of the shackles with different diameters.The results show that the root cause of fracture was that the diameter of the shackle decreased due to excessive wear.Standard periodic inspection,timely replacement of excessive wear parts could avoid shackle fracture.
