俄乌冲突中乌克兰情报工作研究

Research on Ukrainian Intelligence Work in the Russia-Ukraine Conflict

[研究目的]俄乌冲突中,乌克兰依靠多手段开展情报搜集活动、攻防结合实施反情报行动、灵活多样开展积极措施和情报支援认知域作战,获取战争中的非对称优势,给俄罗斯在正面战场上带来了巨大的麻烦。乌克兰情报工作在战争中不断改革优化,值得深思与借鉴。[研究方法]通过大量阅读相关方面书籍,利用俄语和情报专业优势,充分收集翻译一手俄语英语资料,从4个方面论述俄乌冲突中乌克兰的情报工作,展现情报工作的重要性和未来发展趋势。[研究结论]俄乌冲突中情报作战样式不断变化,情报战已经和认知域作战深度融合,我国可以学习借鉴乌克兰在战争中的情报工作优点和创新点,补齐短板要素,全面系统构建认知域作战攻防体系。

[Research purpose] In the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Ukraine relied on multiple means to carry out intelligence collection activities, combined offense and defense to implement counter-intelligence operations, flexibly and diversely carried out active measures and intelligence to support cognitive domain operations, to obtain asymmetric advantages in the war, which brought great trouble to Russia on the front battlefield. As a Republic of the former Soviet Union, Ukraine’s intelligence work is inherited, continuously reformed, and optimized in the struggle, which is worth pondering and learning. [Research method] By reading a lot of relevant books, making use of the advantages of Russian and intelligence specialty, fully collect and translate first-hand Russian and English materials. This paper discusses Ukrainian intelligence work in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict from four aspects, and shows the importance and future development trend of intelligence work. [Research conclusion] In the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the style of intelligence warfare is constantly changing, and intelligence warfare has been deeply integrated with cognitive warfare. China could learn the advantages and innovations from Ukraine’s intelligence work in the war, complement the weak elements, and comprehensively and systematically build a cognitive warfare attack and defense system.
